What Working With Us Looks Like
The details most homeowners want spelled out up front.
Estimates. Free, written and itemized. We inspect the roof, chimney, gutters and siding while we are on site, so the proposal reflects the whole exterior rather than one symptom.
Insurance claims. For storm and wind damage we document the damage with photos and measurements and work directly with your adjuster so the scope you are paid for matches the scope we install.
Payment and financing. A deposit at scheduling, the balance at completion, and flexible financing options available for full replacement projects. No payment is due before materials are delivered.
Warranty. A written workmanship warranty from us, plus the manufacturer’s system warranty on approved roofing and siding installations, registered in your name.
